LifeCare Solutions was founded through the acquisition of LifeCare Solutions West, Inc., on July 8, 2003. The Company is headquartered in San Diego and led by Tom Robbins, President and CEO. The executive management team combined has over 140 years of experience in homecare and healthcare services. The primary investor, Westar Capital, an experienced healthcare investor, has had a successful track record in the home health industry for many years. Jeremy M. Jones, formerly Chairman and CEO of Apria Healthcare, and with over 30 years of experience in the home healthcare industry, is also a major investor and the Chairman of the Board.
