Dedicated to serving your needs LifeCare Solutions Customer Care Department is a team of dedicated and trained individuals accessible to our patients and new customers. A Customer Care Representative is available to you Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
Messages can be left 24 hours a day on the toll-free Customer Care line @ 1(866) 260-2192, or via e-mail at customercare@lifecaresoln.com, and a representative will respond no later than the next business day.

As a respiratory patient using a CPAP or BiPAP, you can access Customer Care when you require a new machine, mask or supplies. We will call you proactively to insure your machine is in good working order, and you have the supplies to assure a sound nights rest.
If your doctor has prescribed respiratory medications, diabetic, ostomy, incontinence, wound care, or other supplies, the Customer Care team will provide monthly support phone calls to confirm prescription, monitor compliance, answer any questions, and verify usage, dosage, and testing before your next delivery.
For all of our enteral formula patients, Customer Care will call you proactively each month to insure you are tolerating your formula, discuss any concerns or issues you may have and get a dietitian involved as needed.
Customer Care will communicate with your physician and insurance company to obtain authorization, or medical necessity as needed to eliminate or minimize your out of pocket expenses. We will work with you, your caregiver, and family, to involve a clinician as required, insure your questions are answered, and that you always have the medications or supplies you need.
It is important to note that your Customer Care Representative is available for routine questions and to order equipment, medication, or supplies, but not for medical emergencies. Please dial 911 for any medical emergency. Your local LifeCare Solutions clinical center has pharmacy and respiratory staff available to support your clinical needs as well.
