LifeCare Solutions Nutritional Service Program provides an unparalleled combination of local clinical support, fast delivery, nutritional education, and clinical follow up. Clinically, the program goal is to maintain weight and lean body mass as we promote appropriate growth or transition from Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) or Enteral feeding.

Our Nutritional Service Program includes:

Full time Registered Dietitians available for phone consultations and home visits related to nutrition support

Registered Dietitian nutrition assessment upon admission and individualized schedule for follow-up throughout patient's care

Continuous communication with patient's physician and care team

Collaboration of in-house dietitian and pharmacist to review patient's labs and status prior to TPN mix

Library of patient education materials and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Programs
